From November 17 to 21, Seepil Valves hosted its 2025 Quality Week — an internal event designed to strengthen our culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Inspired by the global initiative promoted by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), celebrated worldwide from November 10 to 14, our internal program aimed to expand the conversation about the importance of quality in every process, decision, and delivery at Seepil.
With the theme “Think Different,” our team participated in a week filled with learning, collaboration, and meaningful exchanges.
The schedule included interactive activities, challenges, group dynamics, and a special lecture dedicated to professional development and fostering a critical perspective on our routines and procedures.
In addition to moments of reflection, the event also featured awards, giveaways, and enthusiastic engagement from our collaborators — reinforcing the strength of our team and our shared commitment to excellence.
